About the Role:
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will maintain and develop frontend components for multiple applications on the Bitfinex platform:
• New Products and Features: Innovative features deployed via agile methodologies.
• Performance: Ensure UI remains smooth and real-time as the platform scales.
• Security: Build API interactions with the highest security principles.

Responsibilities:
• Develop Bitfinex KYC webapps — new features, scalability, beautiful reactive UIs.
• Domain knowledge: learn complex condition-based logic across user scenarios.
• Debug hidden and hard-to-find issues using advanced browser debugging tools.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven software development experience, strong frontend focus.
• Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, React, SASS, Redux, and build tools.
• Experienced with micro-service architecture and high-availability concepts.
• Backend exposure: NodeJS, MongoDB, local environment configuration.
• Experienced with RESTful and RPC-based APIs.
• Interest in modernising and optimising web applications.
