Staff DevOps Engineer

What you'll do:
• Own CI/CD infrastructure — manage builds, pipelines, keep everything fast and reliable
• Eliminate flakiness in tests, parallelism side effects, and infrastructure edge cases
• Curate the test suite for speed — prune tests that don't test anything
• Improve developer experience by finding and fixing friction
• Enable engineers to own their tests — track build times, provide frameworks
• Build release tooling: deploy pipelines, pre-release test gating

What we're looking for:
• Deep CI/CD experience: TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Buildkite
• Strong in at least two of: PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Bash
• Track record of improving build or test reliability at scale
• Fluent with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Copilot)

Salary: $70,000–$170,000 USD. Fully remote with open vacation policy.
