About This Job: We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer specializing in mobile app development. You'll have the opportunity to innovate and build mobile experiences across iOS and Android using Flutter, supporting both in-store and online shopping journeys as well as enabling branded and loyalty-driven experiences for dispensaries and their customers.

What You'll Do: Development of Dutchie's mobile applications using Flutter to deliver best-in-class shopping experiences across iOS and Android. Partner directly with Product and Design teams to design, develop, and ship new customer-facing features. Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency. Stay current with modern mobile technologies and best practices.

What You Bring: 5+ Years of software development experience, including mobile development. Experience building cross-platform mobile applications, preferably using Flutter and Dart. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and general software best practices. Clean, tested, organized, and elegant code.
