About the role: Senior-level UX Designer with a honed craft, strong research instincts, and high degree of ownership. Work independently, make sound decisions with imperfect information, and deliver high-quality UX in a complex B2B environment.
As a Senior UX Designer:
• Own UX problems end-to-end from discovery through execution
• Lead your own research: interviews, usability tests, exploratory research
• Design with precision and speed using Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make
• Prototype and validate early to reduce risk and improve outcomes
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering as an equal partner
• Contribute to UX standards, accessibility, and design systems
Skills:
• 6+ years as UX and Interaction Designer
• Strong foundation in UX research
• Deep proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise products
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD. Benefits: flexible PTO, $1,500 L&D stipend, 401K, full medical/dental/vision.
