Array is a financial innovation platform helping digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs get compelling consumer products to market faster. Suite of credit and identity monitoring tools, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace.

As our newest Senior Technical Support Engineer, you'll work across clients to provide technical assistance and guidance. Your technical contributions create high-impact solutions for clients in the credit score and reporting industry. This role can grow into a deployment engineer or software engineer.

You Will:
• Lead technical support assistance for Array's growing roster of clients
• Provide direct support to clients as issues arise, working with product engineering teams on long-term solutions
• Research API logs, attempt to recreate and debug client actions
• Create support documentation for internal and external use
• Collaborate with other teams to strengthen Array's suite of products
• Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster

You Have:
• 2+ years experience providing technical support in a remote environment
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience working with SQL
• Familiarity with JavaScript or front end web/app development
