Job description
Native is seeking an Integration Engineer to own and drive the integration of Native APIs and SDKs with third-party wallets, DEX aggregators, and DeFi partners. The Integration Engineer acts as the primary coordinator throughout the integration lifecycle, from initial technical alignment and sandbox testing to mainnet launch, ensuring partners clearly understand Native's integration flows, constraints, and best practices. Responsibilities include partner integration ownership, working with internal engineering teams to translate partner requirements into clear integration solutions and implementation plans, helping standardize integration patterns and onboarding processes for external partners, serving as the main technical-facing representative for external engineering and product teams, maintaining a working understanding of Native's APIs using REST, WebSocket, and gRPC protocols, and taking ownership of integration outcomes ensuring integrations move from in-progress to live and stable in production. Requirements include 3 or more years of experience in integration engineering, solutions engineering, technical product management, or backend engineering; strong experience working with APIs, system integrations, or platform products; familiarity with Web3 concepts such as wallets, DEXs, aggregators, and EVM-based systems; and general understanding of cloud environments on AWS or GCP and modern backend infrastructure. Proactive communication skills and strong ownership mentality are essential.
