Junior Payments Monitoring Specialist

Growe is seeking a Junior Payments Monitoring Specialist to join their worldwide remote team.

Responsibilities: Monitor real-time payment traffic in shift mode (including night shift) and handle emergency alerts; reroute traffic fast and accurately according to instructions and current state of payment providers; control the quality of cashier setup across regions; escalate drops and anomalies on processing traffic to payment providers and internal teams; document changes on the payment provider's side and internal distribution (cashier, buttons order, providers distribution, on/off, payment flows); deep dive into current payment flows, methods, existing monitoring, providers' prioritization; announce critical changes in payment flow and provide closed shift reports.

Required: Experience at same position or in Fintech/PSP, or candidates without experience but with desire to learn quickly. English at Intermediate level. Advanced Excel and MS Office user. Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows. Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners. Understanding of payment and transactional systems. Experience with Grafana and Tableau is a plus.
