Job description
Solutions by Text (SBT) is a compliance-first provider of enterprise texting solutions serving over 1,400 consumer finance organizations including leading brands in auto finance, banking and lending.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive direct sales growth by converting marketing leads, engaging at industry events, and generating new opportunities with regional and national banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. You will develop and execute a lead-to-customer cycle, meet KPIs and sales targets, build direct sales activities, execute outbound campaigns, and manage pipeline through Salesforce.
Required: 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in banking, fintech, or financial services technology. Proven success closing enterprise-level deals. Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem including compliance, risk, payments, and customer engagement trends. Consultative or value-based selling experience. Experience articulating business value of enterprise SaaS to banking decision-makers (CXOs, digital transformation, payments, or compliance leaders).
