Job description
GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead. With 1000+ people across locations and time zones, we deliver full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale.
This role exists to ensure product initiatives deliver measurable business impact across the full lifecycle. You will own product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment for a product, key feature, or user flow on the Payments team.
Responsibilities: Develop and refine product strategy aligned with business goals; define and communicate product vision; set and track KPIs to measure product performance; conduct market and competitor analysis; identify and systematize customer pain points; drive product discovery and solution validation; own end-to-end product development from ideation to launch; build and maintain product roadmaps; define product requirements and specifications; lead collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Must-have: 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience in product discovery, planning, and specification. Strong understanding of business metrics and business cases. Ability to define KPIs and work with product analytics. Understanding of software architecture and product design principles. Experience with Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma/Sketch.
