Senior System Analyst - Payment Integrations Team

As Senior System Analyst on the Payment Integrations Team you will: analyse PSP APIs, payment flows, and system behaviour to identify improvement areas; collaborate with stakeholders to translate PSP APIs and payment logic into clear specifications for engineering; own functional and non-functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, flows); map and analyse APIs, PSP integrations, and data structures; act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Required: 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with hands-on PSP integrations. Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data mapping. Experience with payment flows (deposits, withdrawals, routing, retries). Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile. Strong skills in process modelling (BPMN, UML). Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or Figma. Professional English; fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
