Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager you will: own and drive outcomes anchored in metrics aligned with company OKRs; maintain a roadmap balancing near- and long-term priorities; leverage customer discovery, product analytics, and experimentation to validate assumptions; break down complex problems into clear proposals and actionable plans; dive beyond dashboards and build your own data queries; own the product's written backbone from PRDs to GTM plans and user stories.

Required: Bachelor's degree (preference for technical field). 8+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years owning products end-to-end as a Product Manager. Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to OKRs. Strong analytical skills including metric design, funnel analysis, and hands-on SQL. Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and data flows. Experience building, launching, and scaling fintech products is a strong differentiator.
