Senior Sales Engineer (TOLA)

Sysdig is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its team. The Senior Sales Engineer will report to the Head of Sales and drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and associated needs, deliver world-class product demonstrations and assist customers with proof of value exercises, interface with Sysdig support, customer success, and professional services teams to ensure customers are power users of the product, demonstrate a strong understanding of the security landscape and articulate the general challenges of securing cloud-native applications, and serve as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate this new technology space. Requirements include 5 to 10 years of previous experience as a Sales Engineer, a solid understanding of the technical sales process, expert understanding of cloud and related technologies, and a history of success working directly with end users. Preferred qualifications include virtualization, containerization, and microservices experience, certifications such as CISSP, CKA, CKS, AWS, GCP, or Azure, SaaS experience across multiple clouds, familiarity with CSPM and container and cloud security, and experience presenting at industry events.
