Job description
GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead. With 1000+ people across locations and time zones, we deliver full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale.
This role exists to define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and performance of the payment product portfolio. You will lead product direction, teams, and decision-making to ensure alignment with company strategy, financial goals, and customer needs.
Responsibilities: Set product vision and overall product strategy with executive leadership; oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and retirement; create and launch new major products; conduct market and competitive analysis; lead, mentor, and develop the product management function; manage product managers and leads; collaborate with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Must-have: 5+ years as a Product Manager including 2+ years as Lead Product Manager. Proven experience defining company-level product metrics. Ability to define long-term product vision and development plans (12-24 months). Strong ownership of resource balance, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. Proven people leadership including managing multiple PMs and developing senior leaders.
