Technical Product Manager - Hadron (100% Remote - Worldwide)

Tether is pioneering a global financial revolution. The Product Manager for Hadron will be responsible for overall product leadership including product vision, roadmap definition, and delivery execution. Hadron serves institutional clients globally with diverse tokenization requirements across different asset classes, blockchain networks, compliance frameworks, and distribution models.

The role requires clear decision-making authority to: set and enforce roadmap priorities; coordinate with external engineering partners; resolve conflicts between client requests, technical feasibility, and compliance constraints; make go/no-go decisions on integrations, product features, and releases; ensure product development aligns with long-term architecture and scalability.

Responsibilities: Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap; translate business and market needs into clear product requirements; act as primary interface between product and engineering; coordinate development cycles and feature releases; collect and structure feedback from institutional clients; improve onboarding workflows and developer experience.

Required: 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership. Experience with financial infrastructure, fintech platforms, or digital assets. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization. Experience coordinating engineering teams and managing product roadmaps.
